REFUND POLICY

1. All mentioned plans are subject to change or discontinuation without prior information.

2. Not all the offered prices are available on renewal. Also, prices may differ at each location.

3. Any misuse/fraudulent use/unauthorized telemarketing and commercial use of the Broadband connectivity by the subscriber, GITELENET reserves its right to discontinue the connection altogether for any set of Subscriber/s as GITELENET may deem fit. These terms and conditions shall constitute an agreement between GITELENET and each.

4. Customer and by subscribing to the above plans, you accept the same as binding upon you.

5. If the circumstances show that the service was not rendered as promised, your claim for reimbursement will be acknowledged but not before we try to settle your concerns.

6. The speed committed under a plan is till the LAN Port. Wi-Fi Speed is subject to the customer premise’s in-house coverage & customer premises device performance.

7. The service provider may have the right to deny a refund if they decide that you just have damaged the terms and conditions of the service.

8. You can’t claim for the charges related to equipment rental or buying.

9. You'll have to return our equipment, it is compulsory before the process of refund. After the pickup of equipment, we can start the refund process.

10. Refunds may be prorated based on the time you have utilized the service.

11. Refunds are not applicable for prepaid plans.

12. If you take the offered and discounted plan, then can't claim for refund.

13. Refunds won’t be applicable for one-time fees, such as installation or activation expenses.

14. Refunds are to be processed to the bank account provided at the time of registration or to the bank account/wallet linked to the phone number registered with GITELENET. No other bank account is to be used for refunds. Cash and cheques are not to be used for customer refunds.

15. ONU/other devices is to be returned to a “person” appointed by GITELENET.

16. A refund will be initiated to your account which is linked to the phone number which is registered with GITELENET.

17. You need to verify yourself with some of the documents to get a refund.

18. Dual-band fiber net WiFi boasts a reliable range of 10 to 15 meters. If the WiFi speed is not satisfactory beyond this specified range, a refund request cannot be processed.
